He found King Charles 2nd shipwreck in the Bahamas. It carried the first British colonists to try settle in what is today the southern part of USA near Port Royal and Charleston, South Carolina. He and his team found the British warship HMS Driver which was the first ship to circumnavigate the Earth using a steam engine and paddle wheels. He found the first Spanish ship to enter California waters at Buccaneer beach Oceanside,  California. The ship sank in 1540. Mr. Warren is a published author of the book titled "Shipwrecks and Discoveries". Mr. Warren has run for United States Congress twice and has been a national  American speaker to Rotary, Lions clubs and libraries.  He lectures not only about his shipwreck treasure salvage business/adventures but as a popular singer of Frank Sinatra songs having performed in Las Vegas and Reno,  Nevada at MGM hotel casinos. He was personal friends a Frank Sinatra who he met by performing a gospel music concert at sinatra's catholic church in Palm Springs, California in 1985. Bill also interviewed Sinatra & his long time personal friend Jilly Rizzo on Bills "Palm Springs Gold" television show which he also produced. Prior to going to the philippines in 2022 he lived and performed his music in large theaters and other venues in Ukraine for 7 years. He was winner of the X  Factor music television show there. Bill has appeared on many television shows including the  "Dr. Phil show" in Hollywood, California in 2011 and 2016 and he was informed he was one of the very few guests who have ever been paid. 

Joe is considered by his peers to be the most successful treasure recovery man in shallow water in the world. He used techniques that no one else even understands and most of his recovery without the aid of an underwater metal detector. He has traveled with Bill Warren to many countries finding lost jewelry and coins and other artifacts. He and Bill  have known each other 40 years. He passed away recently but we use his techniques even today and much of his documentation because he was an avid researcher and historian as well.

Jean is a very professional commercial diver who is from France and lives most of the time in the Philippines where he builds artificial reefs with his non-profit NGO agency. He has a history of savaging shipwrecks with treasure in the Canary Islands.
